The detail that proves the point
A customer left a four star review because they arrived expecting to pay by card and could not. The website had told them they could.
After the correction went live, that customer raised their rating. A single wrong sentence on a website had been turning people away at the door, and nobody had connected the two.
Why a laundromat needs eighteen pages
A local business is not found through its homepage. It is found through the page that answers one question: what does a wash cost, do you do commercial loads, are you open on Sunday.
Each of those is its own route with its own schema, which is the difference between being in the results and being in the results with the answer already showing.
